Seedling Leaves Yellow. Might be - starving? pics.

Good day people,
i'm new to this forum and the whole farming and need some help please.
My setup: 4x4 feet tent, 600W HPS - just changed today. Before it was 125W CFL. 0,8 Litre pots of Canna Terra Seed Mix soil. Temperature is about 21-26 Celsius.
Seedlings are three weeks old.
Two weeks ago i noticed leafs a little bit curling. I watered 5cl every day.I was told i was overwatering so reduced it to once in three days. It really helped. Now i see some oldest leaves yellowing. Please look at the pics and give me some hints.
P.S. i have read that it might be because plant need some ferts. So i fertilised Canna start fertilizer one fourth of the dosage today - hope it will help.

Update: after 12 hrs i see that all plants wilted more. Could it be just because i changed the 125W CFL to 600W HPS? Maby plants must to get used to light? Or 1/4 of dosage Canna Start fertilizer was a reason, as i used fertilizer for the 1st time.
Please help

i would have said temps but they are fine, i get the same problem with my 600w hps, only thing that brings them back is sunlight, bit of a cunt when we aint got none.,

It's for holding them up - on second week they got long and all felt on the ground so i took tv cable and tied them up. ;)

dood dat iz no seedling iz a juvenill temp iz too high nutes lookout maybe also tranplant them in bigger pots ! and add some perlite or vermiculite and why iz u put alumimiumnium foil on bottom >? to catch runoff waterz?

Then babes are ready for some ffof and they will strengthen up and fly right
with just ffof and plain tap water is what works for me~
They need to be fed they have grew out of the seed starter dirt and are
ready for some regular dirt like ffof and a bigger pot 5 gallons and bury'em a little bit
so they don't look so stretched dont drink and drive get high and fly!:lol:

Zoot - foil is for holding the water, but actually i never watered more than 0.1L of water per plant, and pot is for almost a litre. - Is it right i'm doing? Please advice how watering must be done for 4L pots - i will use that size for transplant them 2morro.

MrghettoGrower and Zo0t - you both right about the pot size - i just lifted few of them and see all has roots going out through the bottom holes.

Also please tell me - should i fertilize when transplanted?
