seedling light question

Hi all, Just a quick light question. I have just invested in a 600w HPS to use for this grow. I also have an old 125w envirolite. would it be better to use the 600w from day 1 or to start with the 125w for a few weeks? I will have 6 plants all together. Any answers appreciated.

i like to start my babies under smaller lights for a few weeks before i throw them under the big lights.. always have great results doing so, so why change it if its not broken.

i raise my seedlings with HID lights.. but i use a 400 watt MH .. since u already got that CFL u might has well use that.
