Just seeing what you guys prefer for your veg cycle, just sprouted 2 plants 3 days ago and have been currently running 24/0 light schedule, want the best results

If electricity is cheap in your area, sure give em 24 hours. I live in an area where electricity is very high, so I run 16/8 , but still have fine results for a personal grow

when you start them off, give them some dark hours untill you have some leaves on them or your just wasting money. ive only just learnt this about plants from a post about 4 days ago. Rudi

I grew in 16, 18, 20, 22, 24. all perform fine.
24hour light plants get bigger faster. if thats important to you, dial it up or down accordingly.

The four way was definitely a regrow, the breeder has been doing it for years
