Seedling looks healthy, but is it?

Hello everybody!

Long time member first time grower

I'm wondering if someone could have a look at this for me, all of my other seedlings look ok but there are 2 that have the leaves stuck together.

They had the shell of the seed stuck to them so I gently took it off with some tweezers.

Should I try to open her (hopefully) up myself or just let nature take its course?

Its "CIL Gro" seed starting soil (got it at Rona) its the most neutral I could find with perlite and no nutes..

so should I move the light away? The temperature is steady around 80F

Thanks, I should probably stop checking them every 15 minutes but they seriously feel like they are my offspring.

ha thanks dude cant go wrong with spongebob! i no its hard not to baby them but when there not on your mind and then you go and check them you wont even recogonize them becuase they grew so big!
