Seedling lower leaves yellowing

First off Im new to these forums but have been reading them for years. I decided to attempt my first grow after feeling comfident enough to see any results from my time and money. So my girl (only 1 to start with) is 14 days old and she started off well. But just a few days ago i came home from work to find her oldest bottom leaves (not sprout leaves) had gone lighter green and since then yellow with a little brown on the tips. My question is, is this nitrogen deficiency and its time to start nutes? If not what could it be?

My setup
14L x 16W x 25H tote
4 x 23w 6500k cfl 4" from plant
170 cfm 4" inline exhaust fan
3.5" passive intake
6" fan for circulation
Aluminum tape for reflective
Promix seed starting soil npk 0.2 - 0.08 - 0.08
Water every 2 days with distilled water
24hr light
Temps have been about 80°f
Not sure about ph of my soil or run off as im waiting for my ph meter to come in.

Distilled water is a bad idea, it essentially strips nutrients from your soil .If using distilled water you need to replace the basic nutrients that were lost during the distillation process.

What would you suggest using in place of distilled? My baby is dying pretty fast and killing my first seedling wasnt exactly my plan !

1 part piss to 8 parts water as an EMERGENCY for N def. Make sure the piss is fresh before it builds up ammonia & dont eat anything salty the night before. Then pray the BioBizz arrives as expected.

Seriously? The leaves that have gone yellow, is it too late for them or will they recover?

It depends, but I would think the worst if I were me. Besides losing the odd leaf or 2 at an early stage isn't catastrophic, it should bounce back.
Serious about the piss (I'm not taking the piss !). Google urine as plant food & look through the results.
Good luck on your'e grow mate. :peace:

Well seems like my problem is N deficiency, im going to re pot her in some fresh soil so she gets some fresh N if atleast a bit. Thanks for the help guys !

Somebody beat me to this but read the post about distilled water .
Forget that shit ... You can grow on tap ( ph adjusted ).

I mean do your outside plants use " special " water ?

Is the distilled water reason the bottom leaves are going yellow? Someone told me also that 4 23w cfls might be too much for a 2 week old seedling is this true?

I read an article in High Times many years ago where a couple was growing plants outside and one of their kids was peeing next to one from time to time and that one grew better than the others. There does seem to be something to that.

I'm by no means a master grower, just a newbie elderly hippy, but IMHO distilled water has very little, if any minerals like calcium & magnesium. I had a similar problem a while back when I only used rainwater from a bucket outside & had mag. def as a result.
Your potted soil contains minerals, but will be depleted by constantly using distilled, hence deficiencies.
Tap water is fine, just pour a few litres/pints the night before to let the chlorine dissipate.
