Seedling problem - 1st set of leaves curving into same direction

Can I ask the audience if anyone knows what this means? I have some malawi, taskenti, panama, iranian diesel, and iranian C99 outdoors in beer cups. It's been raining a lot and the cups have holes in the bottoms. Not all the plants are doing this but there are quite a few that are doing this. It's their first set of leaves and they should look like an airplane propeller. But instead the leaves are curving into the same direction so they look like a capital U. Does anyone know what the cause is and the solution?

Im also running Taskenti and Panama outdoors at the moment. Some pictures would help alot mate.

I think I found the problem. I had a hole in the bottom of each beer cup but that wasn't enough. I punched a bunch of holes today at the bottoms and water gushed out so I think that was the cause. I had them outside and it's been nothing but clouds, winds, and rain for the last week I'd say. So the cups were water logged and the plants were starting to say 'we're drowing here'. Hopefully they'll turn around now. We'll see.

Good luck with your grow Letstrip! I have four taskenti that are doing really well, some panamas and some malawi's that are looking good. I also have iranian auto flower but they're already planted into hanging baskets and they're doing the best out of all of the seedlings so I do think it's to much rainwater. Hanging baskets drain really well when its raining I've found which means come sunshine you need to water often.
