My plant is a week old and just yesterday I noticed these yellow faint spots. I also notice these little bugs I think they're thips but not sure. But I need to fix this problem before it gets worse, are the spots coming from the bugs, over watering, under watering, stress, heat, etc. my water is filtered threw a filter in my fridge or I use bottle water but i boil it the let it sit. But help I don't want my plants to die so soon

Sounds like you need to do a bit of reading.
Yes, you should get rid of the bugs.
Are you using room temperature water?
What is your PH?
Do you have drainage holes in that cup? The soil looks really saturated.

Yes the water is room temperature and I just went to my hydroponic store and got ph tester and a solution to drain the bugs and I'm going to let the soil dry for a couple of days

To much water, great growers never water but once a week and get three part soil, coco coir, perlite and worm castings and should look like this at a week and a half old, I would also get the best strains you can from Sannie ;)View attachment 2436834 The strain is my pals Madshack from Sannie, 12 shoots already, topped at the 3rd node, one of the best strains in the galaxy if not the best !~ :fire:
