Seedling problems. HELP

I have literally searched for hours and hours trying to solve this, hopefully I can get some help here.
White Widow
Set up- 24"×48"x60"
300w led 24" above plants
RH 60-70%
Temp 77-82 lights on 70-75 off
Medium- 65% fox farm ocean/35% coco coir
Phing water to about 6.5
Plants are on their 6th day and no nutes
Watered once a little when they sprouted and once on the 3rd night.
So up until mid day yesterday they have been doing fantastic, but when I got home from work I noticed that all 3 of the seedlings leafs have become wavy. Not exactly drooping, literally wavy. And the 2 plants on the outside keep slightly tilting their leafs towards the one In the middle. Even if I rotate them 90° within a few hours they are slightly tilted back the other way again. I'm just very worried that there is something wrong, because it was so sudden.
I also find it unusual that the first set of leafs have become so large before really developing much of the second set.
Hopefully someone can help!!

FFOF is fine by itself until you transplant . On water only . Do not over water your cups.
The seedlings seem to be acclimated to FFOF as it is a slightly hot mix for young seedlings.

You should be considering a transplant soon as your roots are circling the bottom by the time those leaves touch the edges of cup .... trust me on this. There is no benefit to rootbound a plant in a solo.

What is your plan for containers ... ratio of medium.

I plan to transplant in 2 days. I would like tomorrow but I have to go out and get larger pots. I'm hoping to only have to transplant 1 time.

And for the ratio I was planning on going with the same mix I have now, except slightly less coco, and to maybe add a little more perlite. I feel like the coco in the mix is retaining too much water, but maybe I'm wrong.
Any opinions on the medium?

It seems you are on track with what you are using, but be aware FFOF is highly amended with goodies right out of the bag ... it does not need Nutes added during the first few weeks.

Your plants will feed right from it .... all you need is to water.
Ph @6.5 ... always.

Just do not overwater.

Regular TAP will work ... if you start using distilled or RO ... you will have to add calmag .
Blurple lights / led grows usually require less feed when it is time to supplement...
Usually when soil begins to tap out slightly. FFOF can run growth easily up week 5 or 6.
By that time you are either flipping or if an auto it is starting to sex out.

So by then , you will almost be ready to go bloom Nutes anyways.
There is plenty of nitro within mix. The coco will be fine since you are not adding more Nutes in right now so it will not salt up faster.

When you transplant bury stem up to bottom of cotyledon leaves. Do not worry if they fade quickly, there job is to provide baby Nutes for seedling when it germed and they will brown and die off on their own.

I use FFOF and realized that adding Nutes to this already loaded mix was causing problems, so I never add grow Nutes , boosters or any other shit in the first few weeks. Plants will acclimate to soil all by itself.

I very seriously need to transplant asap I know, but roots have just popped out of the bottom of the cup and they have like white fibres on them..
I'm very worried that it is mold!! I hope it's just the way the root system grows but if its mold, can I fix it? Will they survive after I transplant??
