Seedling weak & extremely thin in middle happened over night

I did not see my seedlings for one night & I came home the next day and checked on them and my seedling was bent over. The middle of the stem because extremely skinny it can’t hold itself up. The top & bottom of stem are still the same thickness. The leafs are pointed to the light trying to come up. I don’t know what to do

Popsicle stick or something of that nature.. I always had sturdy seedlings I would put the floro 6 inches above them they never got stretchy. Can't do that with led though, you'll fry a seedling.

Cfl light nice and close should stop the stretch but just hold her up with a little stick. She be fine just a bit stretchy

Are you running your light 24/7 ? If not you should.

Start over........the seedling will die from damping off.

Damping off is a fungus disease. Clean everything, don't reuse compost, yada, yada
