Seedling White Spots

I have two auto flower seedlings that just sprouted. They are different strains but have the same white spot on the first leaves that grew. Growing in Bush Doctor Coco Loco. I planted seeds directly into a three gallon pot. The grow tent was a constant 70 degrees and 80% RH. In the one picture you can clearly see the white spot on a seedling that popped up this morning. In the other pic one of the leaves in curled under...this is the leaf that had the white spot yesterday when it sprouted. Any idea what the white spot is from??

Old post. But I have the same thing happening.
First time this has happened.
Almost looks to be rotted.
