Some seeds have broke through but one of the seedlings has no cotyledon leaves....
It's just a stem with a pearl like bubble on the end of it.
Are the leaves likely to appear later or is it deformed???

Is the seed casing still on it? If the seed or casing is still on it you will need to take it off.

I'm high man, had some really tough 4 years though, I've my birthday coming this 3rd of July :-) I hope to have some nice home grown weed that day.. hehe

I can't PM you  i can't find from where
hey,i'm gonna wait till tomorrow to see if those leaves come out..
if they don't, should i try to feed that plant a little.. maybe it has some problems as those leaves provide the nutrients ?

Update: I checked other threads, a guy had a problem that looked similar, he solved his problem by putting on a half-cut 2ltr plastic bottle as a dome. So i've done the same, lets see if it works.

Inside the seed shell there is a plastic bag type sack around the leafy end to protect it as it drills it's way out of the ground. I find a bit of distilled water to wet the sack makes it a bit easier to remove gently pull it off with tweezers.
Both of my white rhinos came up with the seed sack still on them.
Some people say it happens because the seed was planted too shallow but I planted mine at a 1/2 inch deep so I'm not sure why.

If they come up with the seed pod or the sack still on, wet with distilled water, wait 5 minutes, gently carefully tenderly remove with tweezers or fingernails.
