You're treating them like soil.......that's your problem........coco is drain to waste hydroponics.
Coco should be fed daily to substantial run off using a pH around 6.0.....starting around day 3 from sprout.
Never give plain water and never let the coco get dry.
14 days from sprout for a comparison........fed daily to run off.

Ah I see, so i should have been giving them nutrients by now? Also I'm not really familiar with runoff is that just basically how much liquid should come out of the bottom
