Seedlings all curled up urgent help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

here are some pics


all the seedlings are more or less curling up after i waterd them and placed the 250 watt cfl closer next day all curled up and look all ill

is this normal?

any help will be much appreciated!!!!

Its Normal relax. They look very healthy. Smoke a bowl and relax

Hmm k those new pics dont make them looks so normal anymore. Did u add any nutes?? also keep the 250 watt like 10-14 inches away let them get used to the light little by little.

nop didnt add no nutes whats so ever,soil hase some nutes in it alredy for couple of weeks
