seedlings and humidity

so basically im on my first grow, i have one plant in a small cup like thing with a removable lid(which ive drilled holes in) and i was just wondering about plant humidity.
is it good to keep the humidity high when they are going from germinated seeds to seedlings or does it not matter? and by humidity i mean the container sweats internally constantly. The plants get plenty of light but im worried about root rot etc.

seedlings dont need that much

new problem, where i live at the moment is gets really fkn hot then really cold again, basically the plants look like they have heat stroke and are shirvelled, any way to fix this?

environmental controls.
