I plan on transplanting them when they get a bit bigger(in a few weeks). Right now I have them in just department store grade soil, with a light nitrogen increase and styrofoam

EDIT: I am trying to eliminate factors, I increased ventilation and resolved the humidity issue. Now I am seeing if I am over-watering my poor babies. I am putting them on a dry cycle for a few days.

For the height of my lights:I have my Watt cfl about 2-4 inches from my plants

I just was curious whether the soil had added nutrients. Seedlings have enough stored nutrients in the cotyledons for a couple of weeks. Best to use an inert starter soil for seed starting. Then, once you get some growth on them, they can go into richer soil.
Seedlings in a hot soil or exposure to nutrients do all sorts of odd twisty things with their leaves. Should grow out of it though. But also consider humidity. They like a little more humidity then an adult plant. Make sure that cfl at 2" isn't too warm...just use your hand.

i rarely say this, but your soil looks too dry for seedlings. most seedling failure is due to being too wet. use a mist bottle to keep the soil moist but not wet. GL

Thanks for your input. I have watered my honies and I am seeing if the ventilation I added is going to help any. Ambient Temp around the plants is now down to 75.3 *F. I was hoping that it was just something simple that I could Fix. I will Update when they are looking better!

Thanks In my current set-up my soil needs to be watered every 1 and a half to two days,I have always used a water mister. I just love 'em.

what humidity are you at though? should be like 60-70% at that stage. trying to dry out your soil by dropping the RH even lower will only hurt things.

No not in that big bucket. With the stressed overwatered seedlings in the big bucket of dirt/gravel from the yard, you would be lucky to water them once a fortnight.
