Seedlings dieing, they all turned kinda grey and brown so I tried again and stretched the shit out of them then thing temperature/light was to strong and burned them, if my light has a dimmer do I still need to lower it or does it matter if I measure the lux and just turn the light up or down, using rockwool and 5.5 ph

Wild guess. Rockwool too wet.
Check the manufacturers recommendation for height/brightness. All of my lights had recommendations from the manufacturer.

Off the top of my head ld say overwatering. Got to pick up their pots more and water less. A small plant doesnt need to drown, o2 as important to roots as h2o.
