Seedlings droopy leaves and pic

hey this seedling is almost three weeks old and is about 5 inches tall.......its leaves are starting to look weak and droopy.....is it from over watering or what.....anything helpful will do....thanks

thats not really good if its 3 weeks old, five inches tall, and only on its second set of true leaves. could be a number of things. that soil looks really dry, whats your watering schedule? you really need to post your entire set up to get accurate help. what lights are you using? what nutrients? temperature? etc. etc. describe every detail about your grow you will get better answers

I agree with thebot, you need to give more info. he is also right about it not being as far as it should be. my grow is almost 2 1/2 weeks and much further. in no way am i trying to be rude, i'm just saying that something isn't right and you need to change it if you want that baby to survive. good luck and be sure to post more info and pics.

I spent like 5 minutes staring at the pic looking for the stem. It looked like 4 leaves floating in mid-air!

thats what I saw when I first looked too.... glad it wasn't just me

i just noticed something else too, your using a clear rectangle bucket and in the picture it looks pretty shallow. the roots dont do well if light is on them, thats why people use opaque containers. do you have water drainage holes in the bottom? either way its going to be a bitch once its root bound trying to transplant that unless you use a bigger rectangle pot.

sorry guys i was wrong, the plant is only about two weeks old.....also it is on no nutrients at the time except for the nutes in the potting soil. humidity stays around 50% and the temp remains about 74 degrees. i am using two 40 watt cfls and my watering schedule is about once a day , spraying the plants three times and i usually wait till my moisture meter is down to 2 before i water again.

hey my plant is 2 weeks old about 5 inches and has about 5 leaves not going on6 or 7 but was wondering if i need to start feeding them nutes?
