I will second the light is too far away/too weak. Bring the light closer.

Have a look around here on the forum.
Lots of good advice for people just starting out.

Jiffy pots are the worst. Throw the rest away.

Those pots soak up water themselves and wicks away water from the soil. I would dunk those pots in some water for a good 5-10 mins to get everything saturated.

Never used Coco Loco, but from what I understand, it already has nutes in it? Maybe just give it plain water for a bit. If it were pure coco, I'd say go ahead and feed away.

These are my solutions to what looked to be burned from either underwatering or nute burn. Or both.

I'll agree that they need humidity, moist soil and the light bought down. I'll also add you may want to check the pH of your water, if it fluctuates too much it can cause nute lockout. In saying that though, the soil mix you're using has more than enough nutrients in it for the first few weeks at least!

Looks like that soil already has some nutes in it to begin with. If you're feeding it fox farm as well youre just scorching the shit out it. I personally like to start seedlings in a non fertilized medium and even then I don't fertilize with maybe 1/20th strength till day 10-14. Fox farms feeding schedule is terrible. Cut what they suggest by at least half in full veg if those plants manage to survive.

I personally don't even know if you can save those at this point. If you have more beans you might wanna just crack more. If you really wanna try and save them I'd flush them with a good amount of regular water to get whatever extra fox farm nutes you have in there out. Even if they do manage to survive they are gonna be severely stunted and take a good while to recover.

You need a stronger light and no nutes for the first two weeks of their life and after about three weeks and it establishes a root system and probably start them in solo cups not the little boxes you're using lol

Why are you feeding those seedlings anything? Coco Loco has EWC, Guano, Kelp.

Those seedlings are dried and fried.

Fox Farms feeding schedule is insane. Way too strong that's why they have people flushing every couple weeks with another one of their products. They sell more nutrients that way.
