Seedlings Going Nuts Please help!

Any feedback is appreciated guys I just wanna know what is going on with my seedlings!!! I know there's many factors in play but I doubt it's normal. It's my first grow and the babies are diesel fems 10 days old today.

I'm using a grow tent 5' x 4'x 1.5'

2 300watt equivalent day light cfls with 4200 lumens each and
5 23watt daylight bulbs 1550 lumens each with Home Depot clamp on reflectors.
Fox farm ocean Forrest
I've only watered them once with clean water( I'm careful about overwatering)
I have two 8" fans on the bottom and top and air circulates beautifully.

It's kinda hard to tell from the pics but they have started to curl upwards and the tips are yellowing a bit and the other ones first leaves are drooping while the second set is shooting upwards..?????

Could it be too much light since they're too young? I know I'll need more later on

I'm being super careful to keep my grow space and surrounding area squeaky.
I know it could be many things but if u have any idea from experience on what the problem is or any steps to take to help them

Beginning of nutrient burn. Light tips? Curling? You need more drainage. Mix some FF with a bunch of perlite or vermiculite or horticultural grade pumice etc. Sawdust from untreated wood is OK. Anything to promote drainage.

And the purpose of having them near the bottom in those containers is what? Fill 16 ounce Solo cups with your medium and be sure drainage holes are big enough on the bottom that they don't clog. Stop watering so much.

wow i thought about mixing in vermiculite but didnt think it was that important. thanks! i guess the soil itself is burning them because i havent added any nutes. do you think they'll survive? or is it downhill from here n start from scratch

looks like a little burn #4 looks under watered. if it makes you feel a little better my last diesels had a little leaf curl butquickly recovered....they'll be ok

Fox Farms is nutrient heavy. Keep going after you amend the medium. They can grow past it. But no nutes needed in FF for 3 to 4 weeks. Others here will concur.

thanks @donmekka im hopeful! and @hotrodharley yeah some people say 2 weeks atleast id rather wait 3-4 like you said. nutes are like food for a bodybuilder. you can eat 12 eggs of full protein per day but that doesnt mean you will absorb it all just look at the toilet

With FF there is no need for nutes with any strain I've grown for 3 weeks outside at best. I have had nute burn at 4 weeks with a few strains. I switched last fall to BX Pro Mix. I mix it with some used and flushed FF and vermiculite. But Pro Mix has nutes too. I found out virtually all soil mixes do even if they don't say it outright. Fox Farms just has probably the hottest of the real soils. I exclude Miracle Gro as it is in a class by itself. I have plants right now in a Pro Mix/MG soil/tree bark mulch combo. All are kicking ass and taking names. But I never feed a full strength feeding. Ever. In my pot or in my vegetable garden. Nutrients are rarely deficient in severe levels or the plant would not get that big - period. 1/2 strength feedings or less will solve most deficiencies. Try it and see. Nutrient burn sucks.

Will def try that next time. Both seedlings died.. So much for my first grow oh well new seeds are on their way :) I'm almost sure it was something in the water that killed them and not over/underwatering them. The container I used to water them wasn't clean enough
