Seedlings in rockwool problems save my grow !!

I have 4 seedling in rockwool which have are not growing very fast nor looking very healthy. Leaves curling inward and brown spots, tips burning flaking off. The 3 larger ones are 2 weeks old the smaller is 1 week. I never let the rockwool dry out at first and kept them soaked. I now keep them damp and let them dry out a bit. the 3 taller ones were left in my flowering room closet where I left the door closed on accident and when I came back the temps were at 97 F obviously thats not good but their now just inbetween to small cfls with ceiling fan on and at 72 f. their recovery seems too slow and am wondering if something else is wrong besides the overwatering and day of heat stress.

what does the problem look to be by looking at these seedlings? the short one is a super lemon haze. the 2 seedlings together are sensi seeds hindu kush and the other one is a dinafem white widow which upon looking at with my 60x microscope appears to actually have crystals on it and already has a sort of sweet smell already lol..never had one like that before.

also Ive never used rockwool before but this Never happened with my soil seedlings nor did I put them under a 600 watt hps lol. Im pretty sure thats the problem but with them now in a nice cool aerated room with cfls and not soaked in water they should be picking up here soon Im hoping and if their is some other diagnosis of a problem you see then I want to **act fast to correct as I need these to be harvested in 3 1/2 months before I go on vacation. or I need a way of watering them while Im gone for 2 weeks.**

btw Im using rockwool bc I going to grow in a hempy bucket and seemed like a good way to transplant.

I have a blue widow going its the only one not looking like shit and actually it looks great. is it possible all those were just bad seeds? I hear of people planting 10 seeds and having a few just come up then die while the others in the same conditions flourish..

ya did u soak tht rockwool in 5.5 PH for a day? thts what u need to do before using it.
no I didnt..after having these problems I read about how you should soak them to wash off something inside the cubes which raise the ph. that may very well have been the problem.
I still have a bunch of cubes left and Im not giving up on them So ill have to experiment a little and first thing ill do is soak them to see if that fixes it.
thanks

Well in soil you should be fine, but for real you have to super rinse and soak rockwool...I use jiffy cubes, or now just papertowels and then solo cups of coco to move up from there...
