Seedlings leaf tip problem

Hello, I have 10 seedlings growing and 3 out of 10 has this problem, yellowing tip of leaves, they are 5-6 days old now,
soil has no ferts in it, I didn't give them any nutes, just giving regular tap water (ph 7) soil ph is around 7.0-7.2
mix is 10% wormcastings 20% perlite 70% soil. I water them everyday 30-40ml as soil dries fast.
temps are 80-86 degree
humidity 30-40%
seedlings are quite stretched as you can see in attachments, I lowered my 400w mh and its around 30 inches now, as I am afraid not to burn them more if this is causing problem. Are they ok?

You could lower your light to stop the stretching and you need a bigger pot with a lot more soil, fill to just below the cotyledons.

I am planning to transplant them into bigger pot in a week and plant them deeper as you said.

..ah forgot to mention strains are WW and Lemon Kush.

worm castings counts as ferts. you have tip burn, which is usually caused by a little too much feed/ppm etc. optimal ph in soil is 6.5, so you're a bit high. watering every day isn't a real good idea either.

Thanks guys, yes I know soil ph isn't ideal, wormcastings mix as low as 10% can cause burn I guess??
I water every day because soil gets really dry, is it better to water little bit more every other day?

If it were me, I would put those in 16oz solo cups and add soil up to the cotyledons as suggested. Then I would water them good to flush any readily available N out of the soil. After that I would put them in a sunny window or under a shop light and leave them alone for a week. If you need that 400 for some other plants then by all means keep using it, but its overkill for a plant that barely has its first set of leaves out. Just a few other thoughts: the cotyledons have enough food in them to support the plant for at least 2 weeks of growth so I typically use soil from another grow so its fairly "poor". Also a 16oz solo cup will be all a seedling needs for a month or more of growth before the roots begin to circle.
