seedlings ok? curling a bit, slight yellowing. Over/Underwatering?

I haven't yet, will probably do that later or tomorrow. I have to do 3 others as well that are ready to flower so I have to ph a shit ton of water! Gonna go 12/12 on Sat. I think. Was thinking of doing 36 hrs dark before going 12/12, since these are bag seeds and space is an issue (have 6 other plants). I hear they will pre-flower quickly that way so you can sex them and ditch the males early. I think I see some small white hairs on plant A, so I have at least one female it looks like :)

could very well be man. I feel like i've barely ferted any of them though. Maybe I'm too worried the soil is hot and undernuting? I imagine y'all are right though about too much nutes. I am flushing right now. I bought some promix to try next time that I'll probably mix some dolomite lime in with. I wonder if promix works ok with organic only nutes. They guy at the shop said it would be cool as long as I use CaMg+, but I guess we'll see. That would take the hotness of the soil out of the equation, as it's a neutral medium. What do you guys use, as far as soil (or are you hydro?)

I use westlands seedling soil and all purpose soil to which i add lime, perlite, vermiculite and one third bio canna terra organic soil. I hate all soils for one reason or another but organic soils seem to be the best nutrient wise, biocanna organic runs at 1200ppm at most so can be a little too hot for small plants. Most of my soils have a good dose of nitrogen to start with, i have no problem growing with organic nutes no matter what soil i have used.

I know little of pro mix, is that the biobizz range or another? I find almost all hydro shop guys know sweet FA about growing, ask him to show you his grow first before you believe him. Peace

hahahah, ya I've found that to be fairly true so far. I think this guy is the owner of the store and seems to be the one guy out of the 10 people that work there that actually knows what he's doing. He helped me tweak my closet setup, which brought my temps down 8 degrees. Now I'm able to use a 400w setup instead of a T5 and I'm very stoked about that! No telling if he's actually used these nutes with promix himself though. I'm using the general hydro (general organics) line. Here's the description of ProMix if you're interested. Maybe we only have it here in the states? PRO-MIX 'BX'/MYCORISE™ PRO is a "general purpose" peat-based growing medium with vermiculite and perlite, used for the cultivation of a wide variety of plant species. MYCORISE™ PRO ensures stronger, healthier plants due to more developed root systems and better fertilizer uptake. Components: • Canadian Sphagnum Peat Moss (75-85% / vol.) • Dolomite and Calcitic Limestone (pH adjuster) • Endomycorrhize • Macronutrients • Perlite - horticultural grade • Micronutrients • Vermiculite • Wetting Agent

Sounds very good, maybe cut some more perlite in but that all depends on what its like. I think the hydro guy has pointed you in the right direction. As for ferts there are too many out there, they should all work in some way but maybe requiring a few extra additives or supplements from the range on top. With that soil i wouldnt think you would need nutes for a few weeks at least, my organic soil starts out at betwee 800 to 1200 ppm so takes two three weeks before i can add even a weak dose of ferts.

I like this hydro guy, seems he can help a lot but beware they like to sell you lots of stuff, space your buys out and gain max knowledge!lol! Peace
