Seedlings outdoors (wind)

I have 2 seedlings and i have them outdoors but it can get really windy, so I put them into 2 big clear glass candle holders with more than sufficient air. Does this reflect any natural sunlight away or hinder photosynthesis?

i got few plants under the sun, the air doesnt really affect the sunlight, in my opinion the air actually made my plants more sturdy

No. It would act like a greenhouse. But the other poster is right. A certain amount of wind will make them sturdier.

Yeah man after them being about 5-6 inches high the wind will not hurt the plants. It forces them to grow thicker stems that can support more leaves and bud.
Let them stay in the wind.

Tru I'm trying everything this year growing clones seedlings outdoors and I can see after bout a week and a half of high winds the seedling stems have goten bigger nutin dramatic but noticable

cut the bottom off a milk jug. place over the plant and open the lid

just bend the shit out of them (without snaping in half of course) they will get all weak then REAL STRONG! i do it to ALL my seedling and clones, a lil bend and kink this week then a lil next week all throo veg, by the time flowering comes up......

ya man i'd let them be. a little wind never hurt, if anything it'll cause the roots to grow stronger in order to support the extra strain put on the plant. bigger roots = better plant.

but to answer your question, no it will not deflect much if any light at all.
