Hey guys, first time grow here. I was just wondering if y'all think these are praying or if they are getting too much light? 3 days from seed. Any suggestions?

Are they full spectrum cfls?
Also what's the wattage.

I don't really know lol. and currently have a 23w above each plant plus a 26w led. Hardly anything but they seem to be doing good besides the first day where they stretched. The one on the right is actually only 2 days from seed and already got the next leaves coming in

I think the 26w leds alone should be ok to grow a seedling that small. I grew my plants out to their first node under a 30w purple led set, and they were fine so long as I kept the light close.
Do you happen to know the color temperature of each of those bulbs? It should be a number like "3000k."
Also, while it makes sense to keep the leds above the plants, consider maybe moving the cfls down between the plants when they start stretching and budding.

. It has been a very long time since I was a new member but if I remember correctly you have to have so many comments or post or something along those lines to be able to like comments

Definitely stretching. lower light

Yeah i adjusted light after first day and stretching seems to have stopped. Here they are this morning after dark period. The one on the right doing it now so i guess they are happy besides the fact i could have better lights. Do the cotlyedons typically do that too how it is with the one on the right?

The CFLs are 3000 and the LED I'm unsure of but similar ones online have 4100 which I know isn't optimal. I'm trying to keep it small and low key. My only concern going with better bulbs is I'd need to get better lamps to be safe and not start a fire

Everything is normal except for the stretching.
