Seedlings problems?

First time doing this.

Use root riot cubes and dome. 3 Indica and 2 Sativa from seed. Been 14 days. Use one 24W T5 light.

First week they had way too much humidity because my meter was shit. Figured something was wrong when the inside of dome was damp all the time and I started seeing droplets on the leaves. Removed the dome, but put it back on when all the other non seed cubes started drying out and the humidity got better. Removed all the excess cubes after about a week.

The two to the left are Gelat OG's. Sprouted last. Seem to be doing ok I guess. The one in the middle is a Blueberry and it got me concerned. Have seemed stunted for the last few days without any progress. Little yellowish and a small hole has formed on the one leaf. Two on the right are Super Silver Haze and Amnesia Fast. The former seems ok, the latter has had good growth but I don't like the look of the leaves.

Watered initially with 10ml tap water and half a drop of GHE Bio Roots. Didn't water for a week apart from the Super Silver Haze because the cube looked dried out (5ml tap water after 5 days.) Watered them all again with 10ml after a week and another half drop of Bio Roots. My tap water is EC 0.1 (80 ppm). Since then humidity has been between 60 and 85. Been watering with a few ml. once the cubes get that dried out look.

My light is around 6 inch from the top. Maybe a little less now with the growth. Started with the cubes all on the sides, was told to, but didn't like the bending and having to prop up the seedlings, so a few days ago I moved them all in a line directly under the light.

Take off dome? Water less, more? More nutes? P1010012.JPGP1010013.JPGP1010014.JPGP1010017.JPGP1010018.JPG

Once they pop and open up they no longer require a dome. Once they get big like the two you have they are ready to transplant.
What kind of lights you using? Might need to be closer.
The two big ones need more light as they stretched a bit which you can fix, if when you up pot them, bury the stem upto an inch of first set if leaves. Will help ;)

24W T5 light. Had it 6 to 8 inches in the beginning, but put it a little closer when I saw the stretch. Been very unsure how much to water them. Been told that overwatering is a very common mistake and was told they only needed 10ml per cube each week in the beginning, but when I see that dried out look like the single dry cube there, I feel I have to water them a little. Been adding 1-2ml or sometimes 3-5ml when I see that dried out look. Sometimes that can be twice in a day. Right now they are moist, a little, but not wet. Gave them all 6ml 20 hours ago, and the far right one I gave additional 2 ml a few hours ago.

Pot them already? There are roots coming out the bottom, but just a few. When I do they will go under 2x Sanlight (245W each) at 40% dim. I'm afraid that will be too much for them if it's too early.

The dude I got the advice from keep these in those cubes for 3-4 weeks before potting them. And he grows great plants with high yields, which is why I listened to him.

He’s experienced. You’re not. Transplant now.

All of them or just the two? They don't look it from the pictures, but the height is pretty much the same. The one in the middle a little less, but still very high. Water immediately or wait for the cube to dry out in the soil? Still keep them under the T5 or move them to the tent with the big lights?

Domes are for clones......not seedlings.
You should have planted them as soon as they sprouted.
If you had, they would look like this at 14 days.

Plant them now and bury most of the stems.

If roots are showing then transplant. I’d use the T5 with the right temperature bulbs myself. Shorter plants with thicker foliage. Don’t water for a day or two. Definitely pick up the dry transplants in the new containers to get the feel of them dry.

I don't get it then. What is the exact use of transplant? No additional water and no additonal light. What exactly inhibited my growth until this point? And the last sentence I don't know what means. Pick them up when? After transplant? How do I do that when it's buried in soil?

Your growth was inhibited because you didn't plant them when they sprouted. Planting them allows the tap root to grow into the medium and stretch out.
I even put the rooter in my medium before they sprout......prevents them from drying out as fast and gives a free path for the roots to grow.

Ok, thank you. So when I do that, when do I know when to start watering them? Cubes get that dry look fast when the dome is off. Not sure how moist they really are.

If you grow in soil, I can't help with the watering question........if you're in coco, start feeding weak nutes now.

Temperature should be fine. Around 25 degrees. RH is between 50 and 60 so should also be fine. Hardly fed them any nutes and don't plan to for a while since I'm going into soil. So I figure it must either be the light or the water.

If I transplant the cubes into a 1L pot, how long under the 24W light before I move/transplant again? My original plan was 4 weeks from germination, but obviously that is blown somewhat. I looked at this a long time and chose a strategy that turned out to be wrong, so now I'm at a loss.
