How do they look? They are under a 200w spiral CFL and a 240w LED full spectrum. Growing medium is happy frog. Any advice/tips are welcomed :)

Oh and what should my light cycle be? I still have them running 24/7 and I'm thinking they should be at 18/6

They look okay but I'm concerned you are over watering.
You really need to allow those plants to get good and dry before watering, judge by the weight of it
Dr. Jekyll

You really need to separate those 2 in one pot, you must do this right away before the roots become entangled
18/6 or 20/4 is common

Thank you for your help your right I bet I am over watering. How do I know when to stop watering and when they need water? I'm going to separate right now.

Going by the weight of the pot is as fail safe as it gets.
When its time to feed my gals the pot is light as heck.

From everything I've read...

24/0 is fine, the advantage is you don't need to have a timer
18/6 is fine, the advantage is your lights are off 25% of the time, saving power and $$$

It was some legit experiment where they tested it, there was either no or negligible benefit from the extra 6 hours of light in 24/0. In the real world, this is one of those times where it truly doesn't matter.

You could change what you have from 24/0 to 18/6 if you wanted to, but don't change repeatedly. I don't have facts about what happens if you do but my gut says it can't be a good thing :)

I transplanted the two that were together and holy crap the roots were deep in the pot but thankfully not intangled. I hopefully saved them they look like they have a lot more room to grow the one is in a giant pot and I kept the other in the same pot it was in. I have a grow tent coming I hope all of them fit inside of it. I'd really like to know why that one looks so much different than the others is it a sativa and the other two indicas? I got these seeds from high quality nugs that were lightly seeded. They were all name brand strains (Island sweet skunk , strawberry kush , Orange Velvet, Sour D, and a couple others I forget).

time will tell, you can't always know why one out performers the others, genetics maybe

Good thing you got those 2 separated as they most certainly would have became entangled, which would impact their growth.
