seedlings stopped growing for 10 days

hello,

this is my first grow. I germinated two arjan's strawberry haze using moist towel method about 12 days ago. 10 days ago i put the seeds in smal cups using a potting soil called "ahrens" (this is the only potting soil i could found in my area). two 45 watts 6500 cfls 18/6. i water them once a day, when the soil gets dry.

they came out from the soil like one inch and thats it. for the last 10 days they never got bigger.
one seedling has a yellow leave with brown tip.

please help me... i dont have any idea about whats going on with my plants...
what should i do get them grow?

Try putting a ziplock bag over to help retain moisture so you dont have to water everyday. The seedlings like higher humidity. Maybe mist it once a day but only water every other day or so. Just make sure you take the bag off for a little bit every day. Let it get some fresh air.

You said you put them in small cups, did you also add drainage holes to the bottom?
Watering once a day is almost always too much, you may be drowning your plant. How do you check that the soil is dry?
I also don't know anything about that potting mix but that could be another potential problem.

Yes. Doubt your soil is really dry. Maybe the tops is but down where the roots are its most likely to be drowning. I water seedlings sparingly.
