Seedlings Wilted and Spotted

Two seedlings that ive started but they seem to be stunted/dying. My mistake I think was leaving the A51 R75 LED too close to the seedlings. When I came home one of the seedlings was stretching so I moved the light closer, maybe 16" away. Anyone think this was the problem or is it something else?

Medium is coco coir, only been using straight tap water. I just checked the pH of the water im using and it comes in at 6.4.

I have since switched the light out for a Sun Blaster light bar. Anyone think they'll be able to make it and if there are any suggestions as to how I can revive them that would be greatly appreciated.

I have also added a fan to blow on the seedlings as it can reach 90 degrees in the room and it might be the heat that is hurting the seedlings.

What i meant to say is that if you don't let enough oxygen to the roots it will drown no matter what medium you use.
Let it dry for a beginning. Next water add 150ppm of veg nutes to your water.
Coco coir has no minerals in it so you need to supply some food to your plant with every watering.
You should check some grow guides for coco coir. (Feeding schedule, charts and formulas)
Another thing I know about coco is that it build up salts over time and you should flush every few weeks.
