Seedlings won't stand up! (HELP!)

Update:

Added a 400w MH/HPS ballast to my grow. I've splinted the plants and started watering them from below. I also gently transferred them to plastic cups. The 400w bulb was a little too hot for my grow space so I added additional fans and swapped out my 400w MH bulb for a 175w MH (10,000 kelvin) bulb. Temperatures are running fine now, two of the seedlings seem to be rallying a come back (a thai and an ak48), one doesn't look like it's going to. I also added in two bag seeds (one in coco and one in organic soil). The coco bag seed is sprouting up under the 10k 175w MH bulb. I'm going to hope for the best.

To hone my growing skills I'm also attempting to grow tomatoes, quinoa and catnip (xmas gift for the feline). Those are all in coco.

If I can get some semblance of a grow going I'm going to see about getting some bag seed from a local to experiment on as well.

@SpicySativa: One of the AK-48s did have an extremely thin stem. It's the sprout that doesn't seem to be coming around. I'm going to give it a little longer before I toss it.

Might as well wait it out. Be careful, though. If it is damping off, you can spread from one plant to another on your fingers. Make sure you wash your hands after handling it.
