what should I start my seedlings in after germinating them? I'm planning on moving into 3 gallon pot after a few weeks in veg. I have ffof soil and a http://timbergrowlights.com/200-watt-citizen-clu048-linear-framework/ light

I use ffof also but I mix it with ffhf , perilite, ewc ,d lime , oyster meal, mycos and some more stuff . Good luck and happy growing

imo mix in 25% perlite to that FFOF

pop them into a solo cups with holes in the bottom with some fox farms and perlite. Can't go wrong.. I've never had FF burn my seedlings.
