Hi Cr8z13,
thx for your reply but i don't want to germinate in paper towel. I read a lot about it and i don't want to touch the seeds to not damage them.

My question was about what i've to do after the seeds germinate and i see the "head".
How much water , how much light, when to switch to MH ... when to start feeding (rockwoll doesn't have any nuts it it) .. and so on...

Some people leave seeds in the paper towel longer then needed and when you touch them it hurts the roots.

But if you take them out of the paper towel right when the shell cracks and you can barely see the white tip of the root, you will not hurt them.

When the seed takes root and you see the first leaves come out only water with a spray bottle.

I have had many successful germinations in RW.

Step 1: Fill a small basin of water that is PH corrected to 5.6.

Step 2: Place 1 inch rock wool (RW) cubes into basin and let them soak for 30 minutes.

Step 3: Poke a small hole into RW cube and place seed inside. 1/2" down.

Step 4: Place seeded RW cube under a good Veg light ( CFL, Fluoro, MH) and keep it warm (75F+)

Step 5: every other day give 1 tablespoon of PH5.6 water to each cube. You want to keep the cube moist, but not wet.

Step 6: wait for up to 2 weeks for the plants to sprout. Not all will thats just the chances you take.

After the plants have successfully germinated and you have the small leaves poppin up you can put the plant under more light ( I use 400 Watt MH myself) and give it a very very low dose of fertilizer ( 1/8 the rec amount) for the first week. once roots start popping out of the cube you can bury it in dirt, in a bigger 3" RW cube, A net pot of hydroton etc etc etc.
