seeds and the laws?

can someone explain to me the rules according to the law on seeds? is there a set amount you can have? and is it legal to order them through the mail? maybe a link where i can read up on it?

all i found was "(3) any incidental amount of seeds, stalks, and unusable roots"

as far as I can understand there is no maximum amount of seeds you can have, is this correct?

live cannabis seeds are unlawful in the US...but dont worry about it...order away...worst that happens and it is very rare is they get confiscated and you get a letter

I guess it depends on where you live but lets assume you mean federal law. It is illegal to order or posses them by federal law. That being said the internet is a storage center of rants and raves but I cant find anyone complaining about getting busted because of it. Also I know of many that have ordered, received, grown, and harvested seeds with no issue. If you want to go about it the safest way aka the paranoid I don't want to risk anything way. Get a person to receive your shipment at alternate address than your grow. Don't use another name only a shell address. A false name will void any guaranteed shipping issues. Hope this helps.

Anything through the mail is federally illegal. In Michigan under the medical law you can possess as many as you want.
