Seeds Confiscated by US Customs

My order from Attitude on 4/20 just arrived but all I got was a T shirt and empty packs of seeds. US Customs confiscated all the seeds but just left the the empty packs and the T shirt. Do you know if it is safe to order seeds to the same address and name, or does the Customs keep track of the address and names of previously confiscated packages to search all packages? Also what happens if you order thru Attitude and pay extra for the stealth shipping and only receive a T shirt and no seeds? Will Attitude send you another shipment since you only received your T shirt and no seeds from their guaranteed shipping?

This is a brand new one to me!!!

Should only get 'the card'... lol... they went through it & repackaged the t-shirt!

Did it go through port of Chicago?

Not sure about what sort of information Custom may or may not keep but Attitude should issue a replacement.

They only issue new seeds if the package wasn't delivered. One of my orders was marked by usps as delivered but I didn't recieve anything and attitude told me I was S.O.L.

I received my envelope with a US Department of Homeland Security Border Security tape across the opening of the package. Inside I received my t shirt and 2 empty breeders pack, 2 UFO cards, and empty bags with with labels on them but no seeds. This was a 4/20 order and received my 1st package on April 30 with all its contents and yesterday 5/13 I receive the package with the t shirt and no seeds, just empty breeder packs and little ziplock baggies with strain labels and no seeds. I should also add that there was no letter or notice inside the envelope just the tape from Homeland Security Border Protection.

I hope my seeds get to me! That really sucks bro. I hope attitude gets you something.

I emailed Attitude about the situation and havent received a reply yet. I hope that they at least get me something for my next order.

Hmm that doesn't sound right. Either a pothead at customs stole your seeds, or attitude messed up. Hope it works out for you.

Usually, it is Customs that sends a generic postcard informing the intended recipient that their package has been intercepted & to contact them to claim/resolve.

If Homeland Security is screaning usmail... that is a brand new development.

It appears the gov is flexing muscle, the seed business is lucrative especially since some of the states have passed medicinal marijuana laws.
The federal and state issues have never been resolved. Reverse course, "grow for seed".

this is nothing new you should have been notified by a card or letter in place of the seeds

Wow that's some shit, I also hit the 4/20 promo and no probs. Sounds bogus of the attitude. Try getting a mug much faster than a t or unguaranteed. I've never had an issue. Ps don't send to same place. Also I'd order from gypsy nirvana, castle seeds, weed world, or somewhere new. Just 2 b safe. Sucks but what do u do. Ps gypsy has good seeds, bog, reservoir, and others. Ww is good to. Also sow amazing has Cali cons full lineup. Peace

Cali connection seeds are not in breeder packs from sow amazing guys,I wont buy them unless they are in breeder packs.They say its a confiscation issue if they are in breeder packs

i've had an order snagged before by customs, and before i got the order, i contacted sannies and told him it had been over a month to get my beans, and he simply resent them for me, no questions asked.. a week later, i got my order in.. the very next day, i got another package from sannies... i could tell it was from sannies by looking at it, if you've ever ordered from him, you'd know what i meant..
at first i was like sweet, i got both orders.. then when i picked up the package, i saw that it had been stapled together, and my gut sank.. upon opening it, i got that same letter robert just posted in the inside of it.. so yah, you can order again to the same addy and have nothing to worry about.. customs keeps no track of such things from what i've noticed thus far.. i've gotten lots and lots or orders to the same safe addy after getting that one customs letters awhile back..
as far as sending the shirt on, yah, that is also normal as all that they take out of the package is the illegal items.. seems kinda strange to me though that they sent on the breeders packs and the empty baggies though tbh..
and of course the attitude will re send them to you, that is what you're paying that extra cash for guaranteed for, other wise it would be a complete waste of your money.. they may require a copy of your customs letter though, but i'm only guessing on this part... contact them, and tell them what happened.. this is why they say that they guarantee worldwide shipping, mostly for customs issues..

Since the 9/11 incident US Customs and Immigration falls under the Department of Homeland Security.

Im still curious if it went through Port of Chicago to some Midwest region. The only seed seizures that I've seen reported are ones through that customs port (Note that the customs letter posted above is from Port of Chicago) If the seeds got snatched somewhere else I'd be a bit concerned about that.
