I have placed two separate orders with SHN, one being a preorder, all in the last month. Both were recieved within a week of ordering with no issues. One bean popped from Dominion Seed Co and flourishing.

I didn't have an order, but if I did, I'd sure be emailing them or even calling. I suspect they want all new accounts made for the newer looking site and I see the forum now also. I'll pass I think. Sure don't like not knowing what they did with all old info of customers and members, hope the harddrive fried or something.

Well this is quite concerning, I just used them for the first time this past Sunday. Sure enough I cannot login to my account. I did already get a tracking number for the order which appears to be on the way, however it stated today as the delivery date and it has not arrived with mail already have come for the day.
If the package shows up OK I will probably not be using them again just on the fact there was no prior communication on some sort of wipe happening, hoping it is all accidental on their end.

Well friends the package arrived today with my order, and my order was placed one day before the whole profile deleting of everyone and order history fiasco. So I guess everyone should feel comfortable about any pending orders? I attached the response I received from SHN when I emailed asking about my profile being gone and not being able to see my order history any longer and was just basically told I have to make a new profile with no real explanation of what happened.
So all in all, super fast shipping, decent pricing, and everything arrived safely. For some reason I am still on the fence about using them ever again though and I don't know why. Anyways, take care all.

No actual freebies came with my order, not sure if they ever give freebies, this is the first order I have ever placed with them. On a side note however, the website said "Six Feminized Seeds" and the pack says "6+." Well I opened up the pack and there were eight seeds total in there of the Sundae Struedel so that was cool.

Been up for couple months almost, but when they were down i just hit up Shoe at Headie Gardens
I have never had a problem with SHN. My last order was lil over a week ago .. No riblem at all arrived with piece of candy as always
