seeds i guess.. Now what?(pics)

well, so im asuiming this plant is making seeds, im guessing it probably fuckedup up all of the others in the tent by now? 5th week under 12/12
My question is what now? are they all gonna start making seeds, from what ive understood its unwanted cus the buds dont get very strong since the plant is working more with the seeds, however, if theyre all fucked in there i might aswell let them finnish right? this one plant has the most of these little balls, but pretty much all of them has atleast two under where either the fanleafs go out, or just branches i dont remember. some has a few balls inside the buds. (i belive this is cus the power went somewhere after 2-3weeks of bloomin and a few days after i also had to give them water when the lights was off cus i was going away.)
but, since this one is lookin the "worst" should i take it out from the others or doesnt that matter at all by now? this one also has very few, very small buds compared to the others..who to my limited experience looks fine.
also can i somehow use the seeds theyll produce, in that case, do i dry them or anything? and at what point will they be done? and about how decreased quality should i expect?

looks like hermie balls, so don't give up the ship yet
but if they are all over your plants, it will be tough to get them all at this point
good deal of different views on the worth of seeded buds, i have smoked some very fine seeded smoke from years ago
there does seem to be agreement that your quantity will suffer, more seed than weed

Thats a hermie to me man. How many other females do you have in bud? If you have more, the best thing to do would be to kill the hermie and prevent your other plants from becoming pollinated. You can try and salvage what bud is on the hermie and get a early sample.
