Thats grandaddy purp northern lights and green crack. 30$ worth of seeds just saying you get what you pay for?
If you think you couldn't have gotten something like that from a $5 seed, I don't know what to tell you. Price is only loosely associated with quality, dude . You're being conned and mad at me for not being conned too.

All that said, I might happily pay $30 for a seed from a very stabilized breed so that I could be really confident what I would get when I made my own seed from them. That's worth some extra money.

Wow guys, why the big debate over price? The fact is that most seed prices are a bit of a ripoff. Now in some cases you pay for special strains and specific genetics so it's worth the money. In cases like I pointed out with TNSB they are just ripping you off. I don't mind paying a premium if it is justified but in other cases I won't just give my money to someone who is charging way more than the products value.

I can agree there are breeders ripping people off. In there defense, Its pretty hard to pheno hunt and grow out 2-3 rounds to ensure consistency. Again, from trusted breeders.

There is a big markup. Thats why i like regular seeds so you can find that stud and get some pollen, dust a branch and have tons of seeds for future. I do prefer ace seeds out of spain as i get excellent strains and just make seeds. The most expensive ace seeds are killer a5 haze at 3 fem seeds for $75. Then it averages 5 fem for $75. Regulars are better for my purposes. They average 10 for $75. I am not a sales person, just sharing. At least he has all details about strains and thc results from labs.

I just made a 5 gallon bucket isolation chamber for male to be in same flower room. Make 100ish great seeds.

FYI, Diafem was busted in spain last year..

Peakseeds from BC has some good strains. He has a c99 not advertised that is good. His prices are good. Hempdepot is pretty solid.

Make some extra seeds, make good trusted connections and gift/exchange seeds.

It's been 7 weeks since Jordan of the islands emailed me that my order shipped. To many emails back and forth to count. They apologize and say they are very behind and will resend. They haven't had a seed available for a month or more. Everybody makes the excuse they are a small business or covid-19 makes it harder and the mail is slower. It's just sloppy customer service.

I was wondering about JOTI not having stock. Sucks its taking awhile.

I just stick to Ace right now but Cannabiogen (CBG aka charlie Garcia) has some awesome seeds. You won't find some crazy ass strain name but you will find some fire. Again, not bag seed and a bit of price tag but nothing compared to the really overinflated prices.

I order from spain all the time direct ripper seeds and dinafem. Never had an issue. Although they have suspended shipping to Canada because of covid but my friend just told me ripper is shipping to canada again
I agree JJ that the mail is moving a lot better now we are further along thru Covid. Hearing only weeks for delivery from Europe now, with most international shipping and air mail back on track :bigjoint:

ACE and Cannabiogen have good stuff. Good strains if you want to make your own hybrids. They're a good place to start if you want to dabble in breeding. I have grown a lot of ACE and have never been disappointed. I also like the fact that they have accurate descriptions for their strains and post the Lab results for most as well. Plus they put Dates on their packaging so you know how old the seeds are. Little things like that show they care about keeping their customers informed with as much knowledge as they can regarding the products. It's too bad they don't ship directly to the US. But plenty of seed banks carry their stuff.

I'm smoking what's almost the last of some of their Ethiopian and have a few Golden Tigers going on 8 weeks of 12/12 with another 6-8 weeks left.

I think many are put off by some of the long flowering times with many ACE strains but that's what you prepare for when growing sativas and ACE has some good ones that are well worth the wait. Seems these days many people look at the flowering time first, then THC when determining what to grow. And there is nothing wrong with that if that's what you want. It's hard waiting as long as some strains take but if you wait it out patiently you'll be rewarded with a product you can't get unless you do grow it yourself.

Running gear from Cannarado, bought my gear from Radogear and received my order in about a week. True North has always been good to me also.

I just ran Golden Tiger and Malawi until 16 weeks flowering and only found a couple plants I would run again. Serious Seeds Kali Mist has always been amazing for me. I’m done running plants that take almost half a year to run lol. 47A3B643-73D6-4F2B-95FE-C62E4CFE19CA.jpeg47A3B643-73D6-4F2B-95FE-C62E4CFE19CA.jpeg

I just ran Golden Tiger and was completely satisfied with the end product. Although one of the plants was a little over the top THC wise. I like to get stoned but this one just puts you into space. Crazy high but not couchlock. I made some fem seeds from it using a couple clones. Hopefully the seeds will resemble the parent.

It's an endeavor growing these long flowering sativas. I think the end result is worth the time and effort. I can also understand those that don't want to take the time to grow them.

Lots of different strains to grow. I grow short flowering couchlock Afghanis strains as well. Along with African, SE Asian, and South American landraces.

Hopping to find a diamond in the rough.

The Golden Tiger is a little to spacey for this guy, if I go to far I get crazy dizzy that lasts forever. We had a fruity Malawi that I drooled over and would smoke for the rest of my life. I’m told to forget the long stuff from ace and try the China Yunan that is supposedly smells of oranges. I’m curious about their Romulan. I’ve ran it before and would like to see if it’s the same purple stemmed beauty or anything close to the lost genetics.
