Seeds, Natural Rodelisation or stress

Hi
So I have a NL feminised in flower, )happy to sacrifice whole plant )
Been in flower 21 days n been spraying CS daily on one branch but no results seen yet…

I can let run course and Rodelise and get few seeds I’m told
Or
I could give her 24hrs light then back 12/12 a few days n stress out

but
Will the stress produce more numbers but more likely poor seeds?
Or
Natural less but better quality of feminised seed?

Keen to hear opinions on what you think is my best action…

Keep spraying as it can take a while. I use STS and it still takes a few weeks to get balls growing. Just found balls on an auto fem I've been spraying for 4 weeks and was getting worried as I didn't mix the two parts as slowly and carefully as usual. Was thinking of something else and dumped the 2nd part right in instead of trickle it in while mixing but it seems to have done the trick. Only spray every 4 days with the STS.

Do you just have the one plant? It takes up to 6 weeks for seeds to mature once you pollinate so you should have had a clone that you could flip to flower as soon as you saw balls forming on the donor plant. So it was ready when the pollen was. Better to have more than one clone then you could flower the mother and mess with the clones.

Rodelization lie revegging does not always work so if you don't get pollen or can't stress some balls out of it you best try revegging if you want to save the strain.

Good luck!

Yeah I’m thinking just collect pollen and grow another to pollenate.

just not sure if should let it do it’s own thing or stress it out
I'd just keep spraying and hope male flowers start showing up and that if they give pollen it's viable. A trick I came up with years ago to not have pollen from one branch go everywhere is to either get a loaf of French bread in one of those paper bags with a plastic window or make one from a paper bag, scotch tape and some plastic and pull it over the branch and tie the bottom shut tight with a twist tie or tape. The window lets the light in and the paper lets the moisture out while keeping the pollen in. When there's plenty of pollen just cut the branch off and go collect the pollen far away from any horny females.

Getting pretty toasted looking
No seeds
Dunno if these nanners are worth trying to get pollen from for next time, first time I’ve used cs, think it may not have been enough ppm.

should I try get pollen?

was pretty dry here been away just watered but was in rodelisation before I think

Pick the nanners out and dry them well then crush them up to get pollen if they don't spill on their own. I just started plucking my auto last night after using STS on her. The seeds I get now will be F2s.

Do they look ok to you?
First ones I’ve done so not sure what good ones look like.

I’ll do as you say though, n dry then next grow pollinate properly.

I like those bread bags too, so much so I bought a 100 pack off of amazon! They have quite a selection, I tried to find the longest ones without being a baguette bag.

One of the things I've done for years is when I'm growing regular photos and I get some males I'll select one or two I want to use to make seeds with. Then I cut a branch or two off each and put them in the bedroom closet in a glass of water with a couple of 2700K CFLs or LEDs over them on a 12/12 timer and tinfoil under the branches to catch the pollen and flowers. Has worked every time but recently I had been spraying a branch each with STS on 3 plants and when they all started showing 'nanners I made windowed bags for each then did the glass of water thing. Figured I could keep the pollens separate that way. None worked so I should have put the bags on the branches and left them on the plants to mature.

I still have the same plants growing from cuttings so can try again at least.

Are you seeing 'nanners here and there? I can't really tell by the pics.

I'm not getting lots yet but the plant has plenty of swelling male flowers on it and I'm going to take what I can again tonight.

I put the container in a larger one with colour changing drying crystals called Drierite. These could have used some baking to dry them out more but they are still more blue than pink so will dry the 'nanners just fine. Once I have as many as I can get I'll toss the little plant. There is a tiny bit of loose pollen already but I want a bit more then I'll dust some buds on the current flowering ones.
