Seeds not put under light right away?

hey everyone!,

Long story short, my new germinated seeds have only had a few hours of outside sunlight a day due to lighting complication. Just today i got them under my lights.

Do you think they are done for and they are not gonna grow? or is there still hope?

OHHH i forgot to add they were basically without light for 3-4 days.

also i have them under 2 23 watt CFL cool white, it is in a 1ftx1ft white wood box, just for the first few weeks then im gonna move them outside in mid-march
