Seeds Popped, Couple Questions: Bigger Rockwool? Nutes?

Ok, so i germinated my seeds in regular tap water using the paper towel method. The root is about quarter inch long. I let the water sit for a few days before I soaked my 1.5" rockwool cube. I let it soak for 8 hours overnight. Then this morning I put it it the cube in a prop under CFL's. I just have a couple of questions:

1.) Once the seedlings are ready to transfer, I will move them into my powergrower eco(drip system) with hydroton as my medium. Should I put the 1.5 inch rockwool cubes into bigger rockwool cubes before placing in the hydroton? Or will they be fine with the 1.5" cubes?

2.) I will be using Gen Hydro Flora series nutes. When the seedling go into the hydro system, should it be regular water with no nutes? Or should I add nutes according the the Gen Hydro Nutrient Calculator? Ive heard that you shouldnt add nutes right away to avoid shock. If thats the case, then when do I add nutes and how much?

Thanks!
