Seeds Popped

So I planted 4 bah seeds and one has popped soil fully with the seed still attached and I see three others ready to pop solo as well. My question is when should I start giving these plants some sun I put them on the window will today so that could get a bit of sunlight and fresh air I know your not supposed to do this cuz theyll stretch but I dont have any artificial lighting. Also I was wanting to grow it outdoors but i was hoping to keep it potted. I'll post pictures after I get off work.

well I germinated some seeds and then placed the popped ones taproot down into the soil and they all either popped already or showing signs of popping. I keep em outside on a shelf under direct heat and water them a little whenever the top soil looks dry

I'm just wondering if I should get some lights for the time being and wait till its a little bigger to start leaving it outside.

Heres my seed that's progressed the most the others have broken soil and I'm currently keeping them outside today the coteyldon on then first one looks like its ready to part. I'm just worried if I give it too much direct sunlight it might dry the plant off itself

Put them directly in pots, and just keep them in the window, that's what i did for mine, but i germinated them directly in the soil.
