Seeds ready for planting?

I'm a total noob and I've been germinating seeds in warm moist tissue. Just wondering if from this picture they are looking like good candidates for planting. What d'ya think? Any help will be greatly appreciated

pic didnt come up, but if they have cracked and you see root then you know that they will grow

how are you trying to upload the picture? from your computer or from an image hosting website?

if its sprouted a root you can put it in the dirt tap root down. make sure the paper towel is moist not wet or it can drown your seeds..but if they cracked and they are showing a little tail put it into dirt.good luck
