seeds ripe mean harvest time?

If all the seeds are ripe and their calyx turning brown and falling off.. does this mean we whole plant is ready to be plucked?

Seeds like bud generally ripen at different times on different places on the same plant, best is never never be in a hurray to harvest your seeds, I prefer to put my plant on a lean of 45 degress and just let the seeds fall to a roasting try, with a little ting! ting!... ting! ..at each fall ....lol, others put kitchen towels or newspaper at the base of the truck again to capture them as they fall, the biggest mistake is to harvest early, and have 10% ripe and 90% semi green/brown immature seeds, that breaks balls ...!
