Seeds via Mail

New grower, and I'm kind of sketched out about ordering seeds online. I know, i know, people do it with great success everyday. My question is "If i order seeds online, have them shipped to my P.O box in the USA and the letter gets seized by customs or the mail room whatever.... what is the punishment for me ... the buyer? do i just get a letter in the mail saying "yo ummm yea you're not getting your letter from holland" or do i get a cop at my door? Any comments are appreciated. thanks.

naw its nothing like that all you get is a notice that it was taken away, theres a couple threads that explain the process n shit
