Yes. It's legal to buy online and have them shipped in state.
...though do note it's not technically legal to grow them yet, so you may wish to be somewhat circumspect in your gardening.

the best seeds to get is the ILGM seed bank, never had issues in any of my seeds all germinated and growing. it's not enforced seeds from the mail, mine came in after I ordered mine near Christmas time took 2 weeks to get the order processed & shipped, as well as a grower I know from Vegas which he got some from AmsterdamYeah i collect seeds, that way down the road i will have a collectors item

For right now you need a medical license. But general public won't be able to legally grow until 18 months after retail opens up, then it's worth noting that things like numbers of plants allowed may differ by town/city.

Cannabis seeds have ALL been deemed Hemp seeds recently so mail order shouldn't be an issue anywhere in the US.
