Out door. Climate for central Illinois doesnt really affect an indoor grow. Big yields. A strong plant(s) with a good amount of THC. Keep in mind the high ass humidity out here Im in chicago and its sticky as fuck usually. I dont know exactly how much the humidity matters but I tknow it means something.
