seeds

I planted my first plant this year, just to see if I could grow a little GOOD smoke, but I seem to have seeds starting on the buds. There has never been a male plant anywhere near her and I kept a close watch for male flowers on her. My question is, if I pick the seed pods off, Will that help any, or am I just screwed as far as buds go. Thanks for any help you can give me. (PS) I forgot to mention that this plant is outside, planted in the woods.

Thanks, but I checked this morning and still don't see any male flowers on the plant. It's possable that someone else has some plants close by. I would think that any males would have to be close by tho.

That's probably what the problem is, but will pickng the seed pods off before they develope help any? I know that it's time consuming but I'm willing to try it to save as much bud as I can.
