I'd be interested in your reveg project also. One of the ones almost ripe is a Bruce Banner that I really want to keep going and have been unsuccessful at getting a cutting to root so far.Nice, i planted one of mine on 4/20, its in a 5 gallon, the other is one i revegged from a previous harvest i just happened to put it into flower the same day, its still in its original 3 gallon
@Bose just did a reveg also, his journal shows his as well, wasnt nearly as hard to do as either of us thought reallyI'd be interested in your reveg project also. So do you just leave some leaves on the stems and put them back to 18/6? Will they grow leaves back lower on the plant where you've cut them off?Ah, he may have his journal set private, i keep mine sire members only so anyone can take a peek
It gives me an ERROR. And says the user might have it set to private. If your looking to my journal. You should have access
Buds not leaves, but yes it should have a few leaves as well, the new branches grow out of the buds, after harvest i left the lower buds and leaves on, placed in 18/6 light cycle and restarted veg feed regimend with silica and high nitrogen, it already has an established root system so i watered with feed normally to full runoff just like any plant in veg. It took a while, but it came back with a fury throwing tons of branches everywhereSo do you just leave some leaves on the stems and put them back to 18/6? Nice! Well if I can't get her cuttings to root, that's what I'll be doing.Buds not leaves, but yes it should have a few leaves as well, the new branches grow out of the buds, after harvest i left the lower buds and leaves on, placed in 18/6 light cycle and restarted veg feed regimend with silica and high nitrogen, it already has an established root system so i watered with feed normally to full runoff just like any plant in veg. Have you tried aero cloning? Amazingly easy to do, dont even need rooting hormone, just wet bubbles tickling the tips of the cutsNice! Well if I can't get her cuttings to root, that's what I'll be doing.
That's what I'm using now. Trying to get some flowering cuts to take root. Its been 2 weeks and no roots yet.Have you tried aero cloning? Amazingly easy to do, dont even need rooting hormone, just wet bubbles tickling the tips of the cuts
Its easier to get them to root in veg, when you try to root flowering clones they are trying to grow roots while wondering why their light scedule is different and where their legs went, shocks em a bitThat's what I'm using now. Excellent suggestion. Even with experience you can run into trouble. I lost a clone and had some issues with the big bud. I thought it was a deficiency fought for weeks to correct it. Only to find oit my pH pen was off and I was experiencing a lockout. I learned so that won't happen again.A couple few of those dont really look viable to me, if you are going to grow those out, i suggest picking through them first and only keeping the large dark ones, the light green and white ones dont look ripe yet. Then plant the ones you kept, all of them, kill off the slow growers and weak plants, then let the strongest live to sexing, kill or seperate out the males and grow the rest..save the purchased seeds for when you have more confidence in your next run with the extra experience
I tried. It was my first time. Might be the strain. Then I got my clones mixed up but I really don't think any of the ones that rooted was this particular one that I'm wanting to keep going so badly. Its easier to get them to root in veg, when you try to root flowering clones they are trying to grow roots while wondering why their light scedule is different and where their legs went, shocks em a bit
