Did you ever get your seeds?
Still twiddling my damn thumbs and happy as fuck I didn't plan on sprouting any of these beans this run.
Apparently I have to wait until December 19th before I can tell them I haven't gotten them...

Seedsman sucks. I have been waiting for my order to ship from Seedsman for 10 working days. They are screwing my schedule. Their customer service is terrible, you can't call them and they give canned responses to email. NEVER AGAIN

Placed my order 11/2.. order shipped 11/10.. order arrived 11/23. I paid for the absolute cheapest shipping method and did not opt for discreet shipping. They sent a padded envelope with "christmas tree ornament" written on the outside... even wrapped a couple strands of christmas tree beads around the breeder's pack :mrgreen:

Mine was ordered 11/4 shipped 11/14. Still waiting for a response to the phone calls I have made and for the seeds. Very tempted to just say fuck this and issue a charge back.

That sucks man it definitely sounds like you should have received them by now. Might be a customs issue though if they say shipped 11/14

I live in Canada which is now legal but has never had import restrictions on cannabis seeds. So that is one excuse they can't try... Although I'm sure they will.
I have made over a dozen seed purchases from out of country over the years and never once has it taken more than two weeks to get any of them.

I read somewhere recently about a Canadian mail carrier strike. Is that true?

The region I live in wasn't effected. All of my paper copy bills are shipped via Canada post and all have been arriving in the exact same tolerances as ever. I'll send him an email thank you very much for supplying that contact information!

Well I have been waiting for my order to ship after the nice email from Mathew but, nothing has happened. My order status has not changed from "Paid-being packaged" for 2 weeks. How long does it take to put 3 seeds in the mail? The cancellation policy is 1 hour after order. lol So seeing it has been twice the shipping time Seedsman states (5 working days) it has been 10 working days, I can't cancel. Let's seei f it takes as long for my funds to be returned.

Seedsman has been good to me. Not fast, but good selection, easy order.

Personally, don't see why anyone would order just a few seeds? As a business owner, all that pissing around for a couple bucks. Not worth it IMO. I am surprised seedbanks allow small orders.

Personally, perfer larger orders less frequently. Keep some inventory, a backlog of grow plans.

This way one does not need to worry if a order takes one day or 5 weeks.

As far as steath shipping goes, it's a no brainier. A good idea if you live in a proabition county. Me, I am a legal med grower in a legal state. But use stealth shipping, because of federal.

I grow in a 2x3 tent, 2 plants every 3 months. 3 seeds are actually more than I needed.
First rule of customer service is set realistic expectations.
If you say you ship in 5 days, then ship in 5 days not 12 days as it is now.
If they had responded to my inquire timely I could except that, things do happen.
It's all relative, my $30 is just as important as your $3000.

Yep a buisness should do as they say. 5 days, then 5 days not 12.

Just saying it's nice to have a selection of seeds on hand, so one can pop beans on a whim..

I agree. I ordered from ILGM after Seedsman and they are poking their little heads out the soil today. So if I ever get my Seedsman order I will have a few beans on hand.

Well, my order finally shipped:

One month delivery window..well I did ask to set real expectations. Lets see if they can hit that very large target.

I’m having a bad experience with Seedsman right now. I placed an order and paid for it 16 days ago during the Black Friday promotion that was advertised on their website. The order was for $150.58. I noticed in my cart the Black Friday seeds weren’t added but the promotion was still being advertised so I assumed the promotion would have been automatically added in my order. I contacted their support right after placing the order to ensure i was receiving it. Support kept on closing my tickets with no response. Then eventually someone responded to one of my tickets and I was informed that I would NOT receive Black Friday freebies because I was a few hours late to order. Ok I’ll let that slide even though they could have just gained a new repeat customer by just tossing the extra seeds in. However that’s not even my main problem. My main issue is that I ordered 16 days ago and I have yet to been notified of shipment or provided a tracking number that I was told would be available. I contacted support last week and I was told the order would go out Monday or Tuesday. It is now Thursday and still no package shipped or tracking number.

What gives ? Seedsman went downhill or something ? They used to be an “OK” company. It’s my first order with them. I normally order from attitude (just placed an order and got their Christmas promo 2 days late and they still honored it. Paid $128.22 and I’m getting 36 seeds in total and I only ordered a 10 pack. I was provided with an active tracking number 2 days after payment)

Don't know what happened to Seedsman. I did finally receive a tracking number 12 days after they had my money. Seeds coming from Hawaii. What's up Hawaii, stop acting like florida.

Sorry to say I’m having a similar negative experience with seedsman. Ordered Black Friday,was having difficulty with payment they responded right away to make sure they got paid.shipping seemed delayed but I’m not complaining. Received confirmation and package early in window. Package arrived inspected by customs and contents destroyed. Paid for insurance and stealth. Have attempted three times to contact with not a single reply. I placed an order at same time with a different company and no problems. Can I use Matt’s direct email also? Lol.
