Did it take more than 12 days till they shipped it?Thats what mine said for awhile until I got the tracking number.
I contacted them via email to ask why it no longer works..they replied twice. Granted the reply was bs saying the problem has been solved, and it wasn't. They have no idea why it doesn't work..they said they didn't even get my order, no sign of it..to keep trying, and to try on a pc rather than a phone. I was on pc and i tried 3 times..clearly they are having issues..not what it used to be to do business there anymore!Well, there is no way to contact customer service on their website via email or contact form, just international calling. Links just take you to vague info. And it has been a week and it still hasn't been dispatched (AMS shipped right away and Attitude within 4 days or so), just a week of this status – In Transit to local Shipping Depot
My order took just over a month to receive, which blew away my hopes of doing a last minute outdoor grow with what I ordered. I waited a week for any kind of order status, then the order spent over 2 weeks with a status of "In transit to local shipping depot."Update: I finally got my order 26 freakin days later!

Just a follow-up... this time I ordered my Ace seeds directly from Ace instead of through Seedsman and I received them in just 7 days.
