Seedsman says no payment received but Visa says otherwise

transaction went from pending to completed and even called Visa who informed me that money was sent to vendor yesterday. Seedsman site still says no received payment. New to ordering anything online and wondering if there is a reason why it would take so long for them to say they've received payment when Visa says it went to them yesterday. Any help would be appreciated as I'm getting a bit nervous after reading horror stories

i ordered from MSNL on black Friday for their sale and it took 2 days for the transaction to go through. An extra 2 days to get the conformation email from them. It was the holidays and weekend that slowed everything down. Got my beans 13 days later anyway. Give them another day or so. Hope everything works out for you.bongsmilie
 
Really...Hell, I'd be glad to be able to use a CC. I tend to do Bitcoin because my CC's have a conniption when I tried to bu\y seeds in the past. I've used Seedsman quite a few times and they always deliver.

Yes I purchased a visa prepaid debit and used jt

Just checked and they're preparing for shipment so happy. The paranoia was unnecessary. Lol. But yea man, I went to the dollar store and bought a prepaid visa debit that you can make international purchases with. This is the only seed bank that I could find that it worked with
 
Seedsman told me they weren't accepting orders due to overwhelming orders around the holidays. That was a few days ago. GLG got my business
